Landlord Gas Safety/CP12 Certification:
It is a legal requirement that all tenanted properties with gas appliances have them checked for safety once a year. For this reason Plumbingwerx is happy to offer this service for properties with a boiler and/or gas cooker.
NOTE: If you're a landlord/agent, with multiple properties, please get in touch to discuss how you can benefit from discounts based on the number of properties being certified.
Boiler Repairs:
If your boiler is displaying a fault code, or you believe it to be malfunctioning, Plumbingwerx offers a fast, professional, cost-effective boiler repair service from a fully qualified, and experienced, Gas Safe registered engineer.
Suspected Gas Leak:
